helpful staff super clean room friendly staff
i had a short stay and chose a superior double or twin room balcony i found the staff helpful with recommendations the rooms were super clean including common areas breakfast included good coffee i appreciated this detail the rooftop bar had nice staff
the rooms were on the smaller side the air conditioning did not function at its best the bathroom felt a bit tight considering the nightly rate a working ac unit is essential for summer stays

the breakfast buffet offered adequate options.
The room i occupied felt quite cramped. the noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was clearly audible. the lack of soundproofing was a distruption.

breakfast selection rooftop bar small room inadequate air conditioning
i appreciated the complimentary buffet breakfast. it offered a decent selection of pastries and fruits. the rooftop bar was nice, the views were quite lovely.
the room was quite small, it didn't really match the pictures shown online. i found the air conditioning to be inadequate, the temperature was difficult to control and i had some trouble sleeping.
